Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RMC ("Rust Mission Control"), operated by 20K.GG. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

RMC is an RCON management platform for Rust game servers. It provides real-time server control, player management, analytics, moderation tools, and administrative automation through a web-based dashboard.

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse RCON access to harm servers you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate players
  • Engage in any illegal activity through the service
  • Attempt automated scraping, data mining, or reverse-engineering of the platform
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

Subscription & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all server data, configurations, and player data processed through RMC
  • 20K.GG retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and all intellectual property
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service

Service Availability

  • We provide the service on a best-effort basis
  • No service level agreement (SLA) is provided for the free tier
  • Paid plans include uptime targets as described on the pricing page
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, game updates, or events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 20K.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
  • You may request an immediate data export before or after cancellation

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email to your registered account address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
